Top Ten Tuesday #6 ~ My Winter (Summer) TBR list!

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by the girls over at The Broke and the Bookish, where bloggers get together and list the top ten things related to that week's topic.

This week's TTT list is my top ten Summer reads! Since it's summer here I have adapted it accordingly :)  (I have only chosen 1 out of a series if there is more than 1 book to read)

My list is in no particular order

1 - Dark Witch by Nora Roberts
2 - The Fiery Heart by Richelle Mead
3 - Teardrop by Lauren Kate
4 - City of Bones by Cassandra Clare
5 - Gameboard of Gods by Richelle Mead

6 - Deadlands by Lily Herne
7 - Dead until Dark by Charlaine Harris
8 - Roaring Midnight by Colleen Gleason
9 - Grave Mercy by RL LaFevers
10 - The Rising by Terra Harmony

There are so many more books to add to this list.. here are a few cheat extras:
Tempest Rising by Tracy Deebs, Delerium by Dee Shulman, Avenger by Heather Burch, Enchanter Heir by Cinda Chima, Forged in Dreams & Magick by Kat Bastion, Morganville Vamires by Rachel Caine... and so the list continues!

These are the books I am trying to squeeze in, in between my current review requests!
Whats on your list?

Love

  3. What a list! Gosh, I'm seeing "Teardrop" in every bookstore lately... Seriously, it's everywhere! lol I read just the third one in your list and that, unfortunately, was the last instalment in that series that I really enjoyed.
I'll have to read "Dark Witch" at some point. It really intrigued me and I heard positive feedback from some friends so, it's definitely on my TBR list, too! ;)

    1. I hope so John! I have seen positive and negative feedback about LK's new series. I loved her previous series and love her as an author. Ok if you add Teardrop or any of these books to your January read pile you can recommend a book to me too and I'll give it a shot :) Deal?!

  7. What an awesome list!!! I STILL have to read Grave Mercy, too!! I keep forgetting to read that one - UGH!!! I need to make a list of books like that; ones that are "getting away". And I'm going to give Teardrop another look b/c I saw that at "work" last night and I had no clue she had another book out!!! How lame am I?!?! I might have to grab it before someone else does :)

Good luck "ticking" these off!!! A very worthy list!!

    1. I have had Grave Mercy on my book shelf for about a year already! So I know exactly what you mean. I am terrible with lists though as my TBR keeps shifting as to what is the most important and not what is the next book I really am dying to read. Thanks for popping in to say Hi Kristin :)

  8. Well, I had a comment but I must remember to log in first :D...

... anyhoo... I was saying that your list is quite the awesome one!!! I'm with you that I haven't read Grave Mercy either. I need to make up a list in GoodReads of all the books that are slipping away that I really need to get to!!!! This is definitely one of those!

And I just saw Teardrop at the library last night and I was wondering about it. I might have to just grab it if it's still there tonight when I go into work ;) I had no idea she had written another one!!!

  11. Great list! I plan to read Teardrop, Dead until dark, dark witch, Grave Mercy and Gameboard of the Gods! Let me know if you want to do a buddy read for any of those this winter :) they're all books I own that I haven't gotten around to. And if I finish my review books, I'm going to read as many books I bought as I can! :) until next year when my new review pile list has to be chiseled away haha! Happy Reading,
